Refunds:


As all our merchandise is made on demand ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of the following cases:

  • The order is canceled by Brighter Black Futures.
  • One or more of the items you ordered have sold out since your order was placed.
  • The item(s) you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we were contacted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please send an email to hello@brighterblackfutures.com that contains:

1, your order number;

2. a description of your issue, and

3. a picture of the item(s) in question.


Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for your order.


Please note: the refund may take up to 21 days to post to your account, depending on  your financial institution.


Cancelling Orders:


Because the items in your order are made on demand for you, cancelling your order may not always be an option. As a result, we carefully evaluate each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.


Please note: If your order is in active processing or has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.


Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges. Returns are accepted for accidental orders only, as long as the original packaging for the item(s) in your order is unopened. If the original packaging has been opened, the return will not be accepted.


Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
